If a customer has placed an order and received bids from different LSP’s and then if the customer does not respond to any bid with in a period of 48 hours, then the order of the customer will be automatically cancelled,
Or, If a customer has placed an order and received bids from different LSP’s and has accepted one of the bids, then if the customer makes the payment by opting for any of the online payment options available, then in that case the customer has to contact the customer care executive immediately and get their order cancelled and if in case there is any loss or expense incurred by goodsonmove.com or by the LSP chosen by the customer, then the customer shall be held liable to pay for such loss or expense and the same shall be deducted from the payment made by the customer and the rest balance amount will be refunded to the customer’s account as per our refund policy,
Or, If a customer has placed an order and received bids from different LSP’s and has accepted one of the bids and then opted for making the payment by COD (cash on delivery) mode, then the customer has to contact the customer care executive immediately and get their order cancelled and if in case there is any loss or expense incurred by goodsonmove.com or by the LSP chosen by the customer, then the customer shall be held liable to pay for such loss or expense and if the customer will not pay for the loss or expense, then goodsonmove.com has the liberty to take legal action against the customer to recover the losses or expenses incurred including the litigation charges,
Or, If a customer on receiving bids from different LSP’s against the order placed by him/ her then the LSP chosen by the customer will performed his task, However if the customer is not satisfied with the work performance or there is any other dispute which has arisen between the customer and the concerned LSP, the same shall be referred to arbitration in order to avoid harassment either party by way of litigation.
Or, If the customer after opting for any of the online payment options including COD (cash on delivery) for making payment against the order place by him/ her wishes to cancel the same, the same can be cancelled only beyond 24 hours from the receipt of the order failing which the customer will be liable to make the full payment to Goodsonmove.com as by that time both Goodsonmove.com and LSP would have incurred the expenses towards the fulfillment of the order. However, if the payment is being made in advance through the online mode then that amount will be forfeited. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) mode if the customer does not make payment for the order then goodsonmove.com has the liberty to take legal action against the customer to recover the losses or expenses incurred including the litigation charges.
Goodsonmove.com believes in fair dealing and we ensure our customers that we will always stick to our words. If in case there is a cancellation of any order as per our cancellation policy for which payment has already been made through any of the online payment options available, then the whole amount will be credited to the account of the customer from whom the payment was made after deducting 3% transaction charges in processing the online transaction of the amount and/or any loss or expense incurred by goodsonmove.com or by the LSP. The amount shall be credited to the account from which the payment was made with in a period of 15 days from the date of cancellation of the order.
